Helza ("Helza", "we", "us") is operated by Renegades Digital Services. By using the Helza application or website (the "Service") you agree to these Terms.
Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You confirm you are of legal age and, if signing up on behalf of an organisation, have authority to bind it.
Helza is an AI-powered cooking assistant: you upload photos of ingredients and the Service suggests recipes and meal ideas. Output is generated by AI models and may contain inaccuracies.
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
You must not: (a) use the Service unlawfully; (b) commit fraud, spam, or abuse; (c) infringe intellectual-property rights of others; (d) probe, scan, scrape, or attempt to break security; (e) upload malware; (f) generate content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or designed to deceive or impersonate.
You are responsible for the prompts and images you submit and for how you use any output. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for regulated professional advice (medical, dietary, allergen, legal). Always verify before relying on suggestions, especially for allergies or health conditions. You must have the right to upload any image you submit.
We may filter, restrict, or remove outputs and suspend accounts that violate these Terms. We may refuse generation requests at our discretion.
The Service, including software, models, branding, and documentation, is owned by Renegades Digital Services and its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service under your selected plan. No reverse engineering, resale, redistribution, or circumvention of technical limits.
You retain ownership of images and inputs you submit. You grant us a limited license to host and process them solely to provide the Service. If you are a rights-holder and believe content on the Service infringes your rights, contact us — repeat infringers may be terminated.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. See also our Refund Policy.
Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time from inside the app.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We may modify or discontinue features at any time.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where the law forbids exclusion.
You will indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your content, your use of outputs, or your breach of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination you may request export of your data within a reasonable window before deletion.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of India.
