We want you to love Helza. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and enter the email address you used at checkout, or reply to your Paddle receipt email. You can also contact us in-app and we'll help you process it.

After the refund window

You can cancel your subscription at any time from inside the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and you keep access until then. Renewals already charged outside the 30-day window are generally non-refundable, but we consider exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis.

Free trial

Helza includes a 3-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial. Cancel before the trial ends and you will not be billed.
